Rangers FC no longer for sale

Recommended Posts

I know you never asked me but in all seriousness, I still have significant doubts about this happening.

In equal seriousness, from where we stand and with the lack of information available, how could anyone not have significant doubts that this will happen.

A few people doing it whether its the case or not :D

For example, people in responsible positions leaking information to other people saying a deal has been done, 100% and all that.

If Ellis takes over, where does that leave the RST?

Will they attempt to engage him?

I mean it's irrelevant whether the RST decides to engage a new owner or not. It will have no effect either way. Simples really.

I understand what you mean by either way now. I might be inclined to agree at this moment in time.

P.S Still no word from you know where

It would leave the RST (and all supporters who are interested in much better supporter involvement / partnership / ownership, call it what you will) in a similar position to it is now albeit with an opportunity to build a new and hopefully more constructive relationship than proved possible with the previous owner. So of course, it would seek to 'engage' and Ellis is already very aware of that.

Can't hope to find out what a lot of people want to know via the likes of the probing little probe Chick Young.

If he doesn't choose to engage directly with the RST initially then, as part of the Assembly the Trust would hope to be involved in any 'engagement'.

Time will tell if it is relevant or has any effect either way.
