Guest Flying Hippo
Dado Prso is a top guy. Such a shame we didn't sign him 3 or 4 years earlier. His performances in Helicopter Sunday season are the best i've seen from a Rangers forward in my entire supporting life (outwith 3 months from Michael Mols)
craig 5,199
Steven Pressley?Barry Robson? Mark Brown? I'm not saying it's inevitable or even very likely, but i wouldn't rule it out Oh come on.... you are seriously using those as comparables to Boyd ? Not one of them were seasoned regulars with us, not even Pressley. Those are very poor comparisons.

I cant be bothered looking back but did Robson or even Mark Brown ever actually play in the 1st team ? Think Brown may have had a couple of games but Robson.... Given it is really a comparable to the possibility of Boyd crossing over to "them" those or very poor examples. Even using them as a comparable to Miller is poor too (other than Pressley), as Miller at least played a number of games 1st time round.

Miller and Conn are certainly better examples, but the difference between them and Boyd is that neither went straight from Rangers to celtic and certainly in Miller's case, he isn't a life-long bear.
craig 5,199
I just dont see Boyd ever playing for them. Even if he fails down south he will have picked up a tidy sum of money to the point that he will/should be set for life. Would he sign for Celtic for 30k a week or Rangers for 18k a week ? A decent difference one has to admit, but I suspect Boyd, if he failed down south, would go with what he is comfortable with - which is Murray Park and Rangers.

Funny i just can't get a picture in my head of Boyd in a tim top. BUT I do think if he failed in England and had the choice between the tims and Kilmarnock he would be wearing the green and grey.
