Guest Flying Hippo
.I don't see any point in looking at it that way pete. Novo was offered a contract extension and chose not to take it for his own reasons. There's no point in being all doom 'n gloom about it. At the end of the day, it was his own decision. We've lost a Rangers loving player that would have been nice to hold on to, but it's not the end of the world. Being far far too lenient on our hierarchy to just dismiss this as a player choosing to leave Rangers He was offered a 1 year contract (despite Walter personally asking for it to be 2 years) on reduced wages. An utter disgrace. Then again, some of our fans called Arthur Numan a traitor for calling a £5000 a week offer an insult

As someone said on another forum; "you know Rangers are screwed when we can't even afford to give Kirk Broadfoot the contract he wants" Nacho going just emphasises this It's going to be a long, long, hard season
maineflyer 0
As someone said on another forum; "you know Rangers are screwed when we can't even afford to give Kirk Broadfoot the contract he wants" Nacho going just emphasises this It's going to be a long, long, hard season It's already been a long, long, hard journey to get here. This didn't happen overnight and you know what ..... for most of that time the vast majority of Rangers fans insisted nothing was wrong. And that is one of the main reasons we find ourselves where we are today. If even a fraction of those expressing such dissatisfaction now hadn't been blinded by denial when it really mattered, they might not appear so ridiculous today.

maineflyer 0
As long as we are winning on the park, the vast majority will be happy. And when we don't the same people will be the first to whine and turn their backs.
