The Murray Question

Recommended Posts

Jeez, more bloody high-handed censorship.

Why is it that admin feel compelled to closed out topics that they personally feel uncomfortable? Is this forum just for the personal tastes of a small number of admin wallahs?

I wanted to comment on the original thread, as might several others, admin need to back off and stop playing big brother silly buggers. There was no abuse, no strong language and no contentious issues in that topic - so why was it closed?

But we continually go over the same ground again and again , if wabash ever brought fresh points or even any relevant points and actually discussed them then I would agree 100% but he is as usual just fishing and IMHO causing trouble as per usual

And you're point is? Who judges what is a good post or otherwise. Are your posts all expressing original thought, or mine? This issue is not one of content but of the right to comment on an issue. It takes almost no effort at all not to read a wabash post. In fact you can put him on your ignore list and you'll never need to see one again. But an issue was raised and some admin figure decided neither I nor anyone else should have an opportunity to comment upon it - and that is unacceptable. Admin are here to moderate - they are NOT here to censor, least of all on the basis of personal taste.

I accept your point entirely , what I was trying to say was that this has been raised by him numerous times yet he never brings anything new to the table that's all .......more important what's this ignore list and how do I access it .

As has been said a million, million times before: if someone has a problem with a moderators decision they can feel free to contact an admin. ie: myself, frankie or craig. this isnt a democracy, but we are fair and approachable, but we arent having threads about threads. this is now locked.

The bottom line is that we already have several threads dedicated to this topic in which this can be discussed, anyone who wants to can continue it there. End of story.
