Celtic Management hilarity thread

Recommended Posts

I wanted Mowbray to stay ay least untill the end of the season. His vision for the future was brilliant. Wait on the 'big names' getting linked with the job just before there season ticket sales! Whats Mark McGhee's number :giruy:

Realistic guys I would like:

Roy Hodgson

Avram Grant

Mark Hughes (1st chioce)

Davie Moyes (realistic?)

Co Adriannse (realistic?)

Risky Appointments but I would back them:

Willie McStay

Jurgen Klingsman

Steve McLaren

Slavin Bilic

Paul Lambert

Darren Ferguson(I know I know)

Glenn Hoddle (contraversial)

Bargepole efforts

Mick McCarthy

John Hughes

Mark McGhee

John Collins

David O'Leary

:)

My God, that was quick. Seems Traynor's opinion in the Record did the trick.

Only problem is: who would take the job? Obvious candidates are Lambert (who has ruled himself out seemingly) and John Collins.

Either way, it's good news for us.

Getting either of those two in might be good news, Mowbray leaving is not! :(

Celtic building for the future, by getting in big money loans they can't afford/sustain and sacking managers. :robbo:

Roy Hodgson is a quality manager, but surely he's getting recognition now and would get better offers?

He's also not long signed a long-term contract for megabucks and would therefore not be cheap.
