Big DJ has gone down a long way in my estimation, why he continues to put his name to such pish is beyond me, the paper and I use the term loosely is every bit as bad.

Six months ago Rangers were a club without troubles to seek as the threat of administration loomed large."

Furfuxsake DJ give it a rest and write some facts. :brick::brick::brick:

He was wittering on for months about the "fact" that the club would definitely be sold by the end of last year, and then it was the end of the transfer window and then.......

I recently heard him perpetuating the lie that Celtic were hard done by with the Fortune decision against us at Parkhead.

His problem is that he is not that intelligent and he ends up believing the propoganda that comes naturally to most at RC, and starts repeating it himself.

How do you know that he isn't right? We were in cricis mode not too long ago until the bank negotiated/ forced us into a new business plan.

Has we not won the league last year things may have been different, but we were never in any danger of administration after that.

Business plans don't get written in stone, they change all the time, for many reasons, some internal, others from outwith the organisation. Management should be used to changes of direction as they respond to the many influences upon a business.

The fact is that DJ is a bloody fool who has harboured several chips on his shoulder since he stopped playing, some to do with failing to achieve recognition as a Rangers great, some for being snubbed in Argentina and never gaining the Scotland caps he undoubtedly should have. He has chosen his friends very unwisely and kept the sort of professional company that guaranteed his stature as a Rangers player would be thoroughly compromised. Basically, he doesn't know which hand to bite next. All of which is an huge disappointment to me because he really was some player.

Apparently he said that he didn't know why anyone would invest in Scottish football, then announced that Rangers were a snip at £30m.

I would imagine in the time between the two statements he heard two people with contrasting strong opinions and echoed.

Don't get me wrong DJ was a lion in a Rangers jersey, I am just disappointed that he is being used by others to push their garbage, I will retract that comment about him going down in my estimation. He gave me many great memories as a player and we really were dancing on the tables in the Dry Dock as I recall, heady days and flares, (the trooser variety) I hope DJ comes to his senses soon and sees what the parasites are using him for. :spl:
