How can Belgium field a Brazilian that lived for a short time in Belgium. How can Douglas a Brazilian who has lived only a few years in Holland be called up to play for Holland if they want. How could Salomon Kalou of Chelsea have been considered for Holland except that the Dutch secretary of state wouldn't give him speeded nationality.
