Gers4Life 0
Aye, true. Just don't like the idea of giving Celtic any more motivation than they need ahead of their games. Could have piled the pressure on them by being ten points clear. Now they know if they win their games in hand it will be down to "just" 4. You will see in the coming weeks when the injured and suspended players come back just how much quality we have and if we find the form of December well, just watch us go!

pete 2,499
Boogies mob are into the semi's. They beat the Ivory coast who were one of the favourites.
Gers4Life 0
A message of encouragement to the rangers players... Stand tall, stand proud, Stand up and be counted and never show fear to the enemy this could be without doubt the most successful season with what we have and what we could gain, lets go out and play the game!
Super_Ally 0
3rd Sun: Celtic v Rangers (SPL) 1-116th Sat: Hamilton v Rangers (SPL) 0-1 23th Sat: Rangers v Hearts (SPL) 1-1 27th Wed: St Mirren v Rangers (SPL) 0-2 30th Sat: Rangers v Falkirk (SPL) Mostly disappointing performances and four points dropped. But the results overall have been good. The only major disappointment here would be the Hearts result which allowed Celtic to immediately regain the points they dropped at home to Falkirk. However, that draw with Hearts was reasonable under the circumstances. Celtic's January record by contrast: 3rd Rangers (H) 1-116th Falkirk (H) 1-1 24th St Johnstone (A) 1-4 27th Hibs (H) 1-2 They have dropped 7 points in 4 games. Just 5 points from a possible 12. They visit Hamilton on the final weekend of the month. Assuming we both win our games at the weekend (a dangerous assumption) we will have gained a further 3 points on them this month. In the OP I said it was important to really press home the advantage of such an impressive December. What is the use in a winning run against the toughest opposition in the league if we were to throw away the advantage against the so-called lesser teams? Whilst we may not have hit the same heights in performance this year that we did at the end of last year we have been picking up the results to maintain our march towards retaining the title. As I wrote the OP after the Hamilton match I had hoped for maximum points in the subsequent league games to really pile the pressure on Celtic. Unfortunately we did not qutie manage that with the draw at Hearts and Falkirk still to play but Celtic's defeat has shown that perhaps they didn't need much pressure applied for them to fold. If we do go on to retain the title, December will have been the pivotal month. But we need to continue to press home the avantage which that run of victories afforded us. :spl:

Zappa 0
Just noticed on the SPL site's full league table that the mopes have lost 4 games to our 1 so far this season.
