Sexual assault must be totally freaked. I don't know how long it would take people to come forward. One day to 30 years, as we've seen in child abuse cases. Child abuse is slightly different. Children can say nothing until they become adults. None of us knows what goes through the mind of someone who has had to suffer this so the timing of coming forward could be due to a multitude of reasons. It proves neither innocence nor guilt on either side. It does, however, seem as if this video evidence could save the day for McGregor. I wasn't disagreeing with Andy but just pointing out that the two crimes cannot really be judged on the same level. An Adult knows she is being raped a child probably does not realise the consequences of what is happening. The important word is of course "consensual" Two Questions imo. Did he do anything? Was it "consensual" The only thing i can hope for is that the real truth comes out. If he is innocent then i hope he grows old at Ibrox. If Guilty and i have my doubts, then i hope he spends the next few years in jail.
