I doubt that's the case. If Burley goes & Boyd makes it known that he'll play for Scotland under the new manager, the SFA won't turn round & say he's not welcome.

 

I don't disagree with that. I was under the impression though that the SFA said he would never play again and hence it would require the manager to tell them he intends to reconsider him for selection. I think gordy's questioning of my statement has confused things. I was saying the same as you.
