I read the full RFE statement elsewhere and not that it is also calling on Rangers to demand that two of the members who will UEFA Investigation Panel are John Delaney (from Ireland and with business links to Dermot Desmond), and Ioan Angela Lupesco from Romania.

 

I sense a stitch up job...
