Tannochsidebear 2,405
One thing to consider (rumour or not) is that if Miller was sold; that would mean we'd also have Boyd/Novo (both out of contract next summer) and Lafferty/Naismith (both inconsistent and playing deeper for us) left to play up front for the rest of the season.... It could mean that instead of wasting a shirt giving Kenny game time, we actually play a proper striker up beside Boyd, like Naismith or Lafferty.

Or Fleck? Is that not his real position?
calscot 0
Fleck showed he isn't exactly 100% ready to be centre forward having missed a one on one with the keeper. He was straight up the middle so no excuses about playing on the left. He's yet to show he can take the responsibility. If the guy can't play decently on the wing then is it likely he's got more in his locker to offer than Boyd? He needs to prove himself and to do that he needs to show his ability in whatever position he's given. If he does that he may graduate to play up front.

andy steel 0
I think the papers have got the right area of the pitch, but the wrong player and the wrong Scottish manager.
