Falkirk Jim 0
The Feelings Mutual Glad to hear it! Ricksen's an arse, a hot-head, and a sandwich short of a picnic .... i wasnt surprised that you sympathise with him!
Mark-RFC 0
I watched the game on RTV and imo there wasn't much in it. I think the media have again tried to stir up something our of nothing. It was an accident that could have happened to anyone, it's just the fact that it was Ricksen the papers have tried to make something of it to sell more papers. Was there thousands of undercover media in the stadium booing Ricksen? i think not. He put in a abd tackle to Burke when Burke was goign nowhere , didnt apologise or check if Burkey was OK even though the ball was out of play. He elbowed Ponroy. Squared upto Martin. This is why I boo'd the fecker. It was a fucking friendly.
Guest Ribz
As far as im concerned ricksen is still contracted to rangers, and i would never boo a rangers player. Accidental miss timed challenge, but you told me you saw him square up to / elbow sebo...not ponroy.
Mark-RFC 0
I thoguht it was Sebo , have since bene told it was Ponroy. IMO it is not acceptable for someone to claim they love this club yet act like a daft prick trying to injure our players in a fecking friendly.
Guest Ribz
he wasnt TRYING to injure our players, it was one challenge..i mean where do you get that from?
Mark-RFC 0
Him elbowing Ponroy , him lunging at Burke when Burke was going nowhere , him squaring upto Martin , him not showing any remorse or even check to see how Burke was, And the fact he has always been a crazy bastard
Guest Ribz
Watched the game on tv and i never saw the ponroy elbow, saw the ricksen "challenge" he never lunged, and the tackle from martin was a bit heavy
Mark-RFC 0
Martin one the ball fairly , firm and fair something Ricksen has always been a follower of. But someone challenges him and he squares upto them? Burke was going nowhere , Ricksen lunged.
Guest Ribz
he stuck a foot out at most, thats not a lunge.
Mark-RFC 0
Even so , why stick a foot out? Burke was going nowhere , Ricksen stuck his foot out , injured Burke , and showed no remorse. How can you defend this?
