Gazza_8 233
Well seeing who the commentator wanted to win. Every single penalty incident should've been a penalty according to the him. 1) Was a definate penalty (Weir on Maloney). 2) Was a dive by Maloney but apparently he was touched and can find himself unlucky to have been booked (Weir on Maloney) Maloney booked for diving. 3) Penalty given. Correct decision. (Papac on Zie) 4) Wilson goes down about 3 steps after being "touched" and as Maloney can find himself unlucky to have been booked (Someone on Wilson) Wilson booked for diving. Two of those 4 were definate penalties. The other 2 were called correct but not if you were the commentator. Fuck off! I can't remember if McGeady was booked for diving too. Pretty impartial comentating by the Beeb.
Bluedell 5,612
You can still dive even if you have been touched. Being touched doesn't give you carte blanche to throw yourself to the ground. Same ol', same ol' from the BBC.
Tannochsidebear 2,405
And yet no such discussion when Novo is clearly shoved at the back post late in the game, which should have resulted in a penalty to us. It is only laughable when we win the game, as it really is so biased now at the Scottish Beeb it is not only not hidden, but actively pursued, and it is where all this will end I am worried about.
andy steel 0
Good of them to put it on in a prime time slot, too. The old 11:20PM niche, target of advertisers the world over.
