In better circumstances we'd be looking for somewhat higher quality but at the moment they both represent pretty good value for money as long as they don't get greedy. It's essentially impossible to thoroughly debate the pros & cons of these types of decisions without knowing what the players are making. FWIW though, I doubt that Boyd is on THAT much more than Novo.
