Zappa 0
Celtic have 6 games to play in 17 days starting against Hapoel Tel-Aviv on Thursday & ending against us at Ibrox on Sunday, Oct' 4th. In between they're at home to Hearts, away to Falkirk & St.Mirren & at home to Rapid Vienna midweek before coming to Ibrox. We've got the same tough 2 and a half weeks coming up with 6 games in 18 days starting away in Germany on Wednesday & ending in the old firm game on the 4th. In between we're away to Kilmarnock & QOS, at home to Aberdeen & at home against Seville the Tuesday before the old firm game.
Tannochsidebear 2,405
I think we had the better of the weekend, however it's way too early in the season to talk of "dent"s to title challenges IMO. I always think you get a good idea of what's happening after, say, 15 games. Walter used to always say during the 9IAR era that the league table was only worth looking at once everybody had played everybody home and away, ie at the halfway stage. I have always tended to agree with that, as a difficult run of fixtures for one compared with an easier set of fixtures for another can make things look a bit biased. Before the halfway stage, you just dont want to be too far adrift, but a small points lead is probably easily dismissed as well.
Guest BasileBoliSoup
Very disappointed with the performance, Walter should have stuck with the 4-3-3 but have to say that Motherwell look to have a not bad side this year. The gap is closing all the time with the rest of the SPL and both ourselves and the tims will drop points. They have to be more disappointed at dropping points at home though, especially this early in the season.

Every point counts, so they'll definitely be gutted. Heard the BBC post match interview with mumbling Tony Moperay & he wasn't a happy camper. Proper sore looser that muppet is!!

Gers4Life 0
Disapointed to have dropped points at motherwell as it was a tough game and motherwell gave a good account of themselves! it could have turned out alot worse had the penalty gone in "well done shagger" still the mopes had the chance and they blew so in the end fair result!
Super_Ally 0
Cheers like the setup you have here, I usually post on RM but wanted to come on and meet some more bears. Good to have you aboard. The rest are right of course, in that it is too early to be reading much into resuls but i'm glad someone else has highlighted the importance of points dropped at home.
