fraser54 0
i dont rate edu i think he lets the game pass him Bold statement to make on your first post ! Welcome ! Anyway i think Edu is a really good player, reads the game well and when he knows he isnt going to gain full control of the ball he doesn't gamble, just nudges the ball away from the oposition. Really rate him highly, he will find it tough trying to get back into the first XI with our current team though
UCF2008 0
If his squad number is anything to go by then it's possible we're thinking about using him at the back. Think he might be able to do a job for us there as well. His injury couldn't have come at much worse of a time as it robbed him of his chance to win his first winners medal (don't think he played enough games for a league medal). More than likely it will also rule him out for our CL campaign as well. Barring injuries he probably will find it difficult to get back in the team, but for now at least we know he's a good option.
Yieldshields loyal 0
Apparently he's played CB for the USA, but I don't know if he got a start in that position or if he was forced to slot in there in an emergency. Aye, I'm sure he played for USA at CB and was a standout. Those were the stories at the time we signed him anyway. Would rather have saw an experienced CB in during the window mind you
Super_Ally 0
11 league appearances last year. Probably would have got a medal. Think it's either 10 matches or 25% of games. I forget which exactly. Though normally the club get a certain number they can allocate to players so even if you only played say 8 games you could potentially get a medal. I remember there were discussions regarding Dailly and Fleck for example at the end of the season. Both played less league games but got medals I believe.
craig 5,199
It is 10 games S_A. I remember reading an article which said Charlie Adam would miss out by one game as he had only played 9 times.
Super_Ally 0
It is 10 games S_A. I remember reading an article which said Charlie Adam would miss out by one game as he had only played 9 times. It was 10 once upon a time, or at least in the EPL. That's why I also mentioned the 25% bit though. Back when we played 36 games in a season that would be 9 and carried over from there. Due to these various factors I was a little confused. And then most recently I remembered reading that the team are given "x" amount (about 25 I think) to distribute amongst the squad as they see fit. Anyone, although I'm a bit all over the place with this i'm 95% certain Edu got a medal.
pete 2,499
Did we not have this discussion before and someone pointed out that the sponsor gave everyone a medal but only players playing 10 games or more were entitled to the official medal.
