I wonder if the young guy has even played there at youth or reserve level? Apart from the friendly he played there are we going to through him in Lions Den and hope for the best? I was only using Little as an example,Shinnie is another young player who should bee looking to make the break through. Take a decent squad, remove the players that havent proven their worth, and compliment the first 11, not the squad with a bit of talent. Each window, the same should be done. Result, very good competitive and compact squad. No drains on the club. No major overhauls. A well gelled squad All in all, I hope this is a blue print for moving forward.
