Jon 0
Blackpool boosted as £500k loan star Charlie Adam quits Rangers for Championship returnby JOHN EDWARDS Last updated at 7:42 PM on 03rd August 2009 Comments (0) Add to My Stories Blackpool have boosted their hopes of Coca Cola Championship survival this coming season by finally persuading Scotland midfielder Charlie Adam to complete a £500,000 move to Bloomfield Road. Adam impressed during a loan spell with Blackpool last season but, after hearing the clubs had agreed a fee earlier this week, appeared reluctant to cut his ties with Ibrox. Following talks with Blackpool officials, the 23-year old returned to Glasgow to determine whether he could salvage his Rangers career but was forced to conclude he would have to make a fresh start. A free-kick specialist who scored 18 goals in 89 appearances for Rangers, Adam has accepted a three-year deal at Bloomfield Road, with an option for a further 12 months, and is expected to go straight into Blackpool's starting line-up for Saturday's Championship opener against Queens Park Rangers. It is yeah. Best of luck to him....

Gazza_8 233
I think every club has the odd squad player who has crossed the manager and is not important enough to keep... The thing that gets me is it was WS who signed Gow.
