According to the NOTW.

EVERTON plan to pay £7million for Tottenham's Scotland international right-back Alan Hutton.

The Merseysiders' manager David Moyes had valued Hutton at £5m while Spurs chairman Daniel Levy wanted his money back after paying £9m just 18 months ago.

Now the two clubs look like splitting the difference to arrive at a deal for the injury-hit former Rangers defender who made only eight league appearances last season.

Good move for him. Tony Hibbert is Evertons usual RB and Hutton is miles better than him.
