pete 2,499
I think i have that anti-virus virus. Every time an unwanted anti-virus scanner starts running. It is difficult to get rid of it apart from format c:(
Jon 0
Download Superantispyware Also start>run an type msconfig. If you can get a screenshot of the processes you have at start up I'm sure a few here can come up with some suggestions.
pete 2,499
When i press submit post it seems to freeze. When i press refresh then it seems to post but comes back to the non-posted post. I don't have problems on other sites. I had already checked my start up configurations Jon and found nothing untoward. I ran spyware doctor and he found 48 threats but it never helped with the Gersnet problem.

Jon 0
It's hopefully just a glitch Pete and your back to normal sooner rather than later. I presume you have cleared history, cookies and temporary files?
Frankie 8,562
Funnily enough we're using new security software at work and that causes my tabs to freeze on occasion as well. If I have a long post that I want to make, I usually copy it first (or write it in Word) in case of problems.
