Kenny tested positive for a banned substance, ephedrine, following last season's Championship play-off semi-final second leg against Preston. Ephedrine is believed to be present in a cough mixture that the Republic of Ireland international is understood to have bought over the counter. The 31-year-old goalkeeper could face a lengthy ban. What if you wake up around 1am with a stinking cough, cold or flu and you need to take to help you sleep!! If this is the truth and he did only buy for a cough then its shocking if he gets a ban even if he does play for Sheff Utd! Not due to overdose - ephedra is a dietary supplement (I THINK it reduces appetite), problem being that it causes a racing heartbeat that can cause severe medical problems.
