It's looking as if the steel men might WELL be without steel come their first European game next week. They've got several clubs making offers for Paul Quinn & they've got the out of contract Stephen Hughes being linked with a move to Aiberdeeen, although there's other interest in him as well. I think they're a club that aren't in particularly good financial shape, so they can't afford to pay for a quality manager.
