Super_Ally 0
the boy mcgeough was captain of celtic boys and rangers signed him i was told from my younger brother who plays in the younger team!! celtic were ripping as hes an exceptional talent. Interesting. Also read he's a huge Celtic fan and was signed for about £9k when he was 15.
craig 5,199
Interesting. Also read he's a huge Celtic fan and was signed for about £9k when he was 15. Who is it that has the youths website that Frankie mentions every now and again ? Elderado or something like that, right ? There was a discussion on his site about this young lad where the Tims were saying that they allowed this kid to leave because they had a "much better prospect" at Parkhead. Eldorado (or whomever.....) rebutted that Celtic wanted to keep McGeough but the lad himself felt that his progress would be better served at Rangers rather than Celtic. Who knows which version is right but we did sign him from Celtic and I do think he is a Celtic fan. Hopefully he is a cracking prospect.
Super_Ally 0
If he's in the national squad for his age group surely that's an indicator he can play a bit. Seems to support Elfideldo's (it's nearer to that I think ) version of events.
Frankie 8,552
Him and Wilson sound like an ideal long-term partnership... I've got a season review from Elfideldo that I've not had a chance to post yet. Does a great job that fella! Super wee blog!
