Gribz 846 Posted May 24, 2009 Share Posted May 24, 2009 Jeff Winter is quality. I heard him in a phone in not long ago answering back to people who had called in and complained about something. He should without doubt be in some sort of leading role with Ref's or involved with the FA....Id be glad if he was involved with the SFA.
