Do we think Lafferty will be handle the spotlight after last week?

It's certainly a concern. I guess only Walter can judge that. If in doubt, leave him on the bench.

Considering the magnitude of the game I doubt Lafferty will feel especially under pressure as opposed to the other 10 players. He's been great since returning from injury so I'd play him. Fleck last 15 mins if we haven't scored.

I'd play Novo for his shear enthusiasm and workrate. I prefer him on the wing to upfront as his finishing is pretty abysmal.

He's a very attacking option but at the same time gets back and defends. If all our players had his workrate and tenacity, we'd have great team.

Novo for me.

I prefer him on the right but Davis is sure to play there.

Novo brings direct pace and attack minded play and is more dangerous on the wing than upfront.

This is a tough one. It's pathetic how long this club has gone without an established and consistent left midfielder, it really is. I'd probably go with Lafferty, not that he's greatly adept there but he does offer slightly more pace and attacking threat than Stevie Smith (who I think WS will actually go with on Sunday). Lafferty doesn't strike me as the type of player to be too affected by this week's media-led overreaction to his playacting. Hopefully if he does play, it all acts as a nice wee spur.
