Middlesboro are gone bar a miracle, I cant see them overturning a 4 goal difference plus winning their match at West Ham and Newcastle & Hull losing. Shows the passion Carra has, always thought he was a great defender with a great attitude. Hard done by with the lack of England caps when other 'favourites' were played ahead of him. Favourites? I'd just call Ferdinand and Terry better than Carragher. He's done the immature thing and retire early from int. football out of spite. Middlesbrough do not have the money to pay it back and are trying to find a club who want Alves and will pay Herenveen. Benfica had an interest but due to injury Alves is out for the time being. Edson Braafheid LB for Twente has a 2mill euro get out clause in his contract. He won't sign a new contract for Twente yet.
