Why no sendings off?

Recommended Posts

The Loovens one is cowardly assault. Natutally he would plant his foot below him but strikes out sideways in an attempt to injure Edu.

Caldwell's was a clumsy tackle imo. Straight legged lunge, studs up. Another red card.

No doubt they've been on the phone in's claiming we got the decisions though!.

No way was Hartleys a sending off in the 2nd minute. A booking yes, but never a sending off. I wouldn't have sent off Caldwell off for that tackle on Mendes either. His foot wasn't raised ie not at knee level or shin level for that matter.

Loovens, yes, a sending off. Hopefully the disciplinary panel have a wee butchers at it. I'll hold my breath to that and post back when it happens..............

Caldwells was only a yellow in my opinion. As Gav says he wasnt high, just late. Not a sending off for me.

Loovens - different matter, he should have walked, it was assault.
