ian1964 10,724
Scotland turned in an encouraging display to earn a B international victory at a rain-lashed Broadwood. Rangers defender Andy Webster opened the scoring on 47 minutes, slamming the ball home after his header had been blocked by keeper Jonathan Tuffy. Scotland's David Marshall made saves to deny Andy Little and Oliver Norwood. The lively George Boyd then smacked in a wonderful strike from 20 yards and set up Leigh Griffiths to slip home the third goal with five minutes left.
alexscottislegend 2,325
The lesser spotted Andy Webster had a good run out for Scotland 'B' - even scoring the first. Will he ever get a start in place of Dailly and McCulloch? It's Boogie and Weir for Saturday but next time Boogie is unavailable, there's no excuse not to call him in..
ascender 352
Boogie & Webster should be our first choice pairing for next season assuming he really is fit now.
pete 2,499
Boogie & Webster should be our first choice pairing for next season assuming he really is fit now. It would certainly save us a few million, so let's hope so.
Gribz 850
Andy Webster plays and scores. Yet we prefer Lee McCulloch...
