Real Madrid defender Pepe has been dealt a severe blow to his career at the club after being hit by a 10 match ban from the Spanish F.A for the abuse he gave officials as he was sent off against Getafe.

Did he kick a Getafe player lying on the ground? It was a total swipe of a kick to the guys head and back. He should've been given a 10 match ban just for kicking the player.

That's what I was wondering gav. Giving a grounded opponent a shoe-ing was ok, it was the nasty words he shouted at the ref?
