Gazza_8 233
He only 'got away with it' because PLG wouldn't pledge his future to Rangers FC. Hardly Ferguson's fault. Cammy F Fergusons petty attitude put everyone in the situation in the 1st place.
CammyF 9,106
Fergusons petty attitude put everyone in the situation in the 1st place. Yes, and it should have been dealt with at the time. Instead, PLG fooked of to PSG (playing his ticket) and Mr Moonbeams showed his usual level of leadership. If it had been dealt with then, we wouldn't be in this situation. Once again, due to cowards running our club, we are the fooking laughing stock of Scottish (if not British) football. Cammy F

Cammy F Yip, the blame culture in Scotland is great, this just backs up what a shambles of a club we are, but hey get rid of a couple of players and we will win the SPL and everyhting will be hunky dory

Cammy F It would have been wrong for Murray to take action after PLG left. that was up to the new manager. Smith decided to allow Fergie to retain the captaincy, so if anyone should be criticised, it should be Smith. Murray should have no say in that. I also don't see why we are the laughing stock. Action needed to be taken, and has been.

John Barr 0
I'm staggered at this news. I honestly feel Walters been watching Ferguson for the past few months and not been happy with what he has seen. I really do feel that he has used this event as an excuse to get rid of Ferguson because he hasn't acted anything like a Rangers captain should and instead has selfesly tried to better himself by playing for us when he is clearly not on form at all. Any captain worth their salt who is HONEST and FAIR would have analysed theirself and realised that he is not doing his club any favours by saying he is fit to play. Most fans(who i am one) have blamed Ferguson for not pulling Rangers through to the top of the league when the chances have been there. If this event is what it takes to get shot of Ferguson once and for all, then i'm behind Walter Smith all the way!
