Having a small qualified team of scouts who cover professional football over the world is the way forward in my opinion. Having football academies in many countries costs more than it will ever bring in. We need a team working daily building up contacts and probably following press reports on the internet spotting young talent through reports and then going for a look. The CIA have been working like that for years. Scouting for Maradonna in the park is a dream.
