Jon 0 Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 What a 10 days for Liverpool. Looking such an attacking team at the moment. 3-0 up on Villa afrer 39 minutes. In fairness to Villa, it's been a cracking 1st half but Liverpool just seem on fire at the moment. Manu getting beat yeterday was a shocker but in no way could anyone say Fulham didnt deserve their win IMO. Not sure if closing the gap to 1 point will make a difference in the overall outcome as Manu still have the game in hand, BUT, they have their next game against Villa missing 3 key players. Considering the first penalty was for a fould on Riera (who had his best game in a Liverpool shirt btw) and the second was by Friedel on Torres and resulted in the penalty and him being sent off.
