Well, if truth be told the original American football did not permit a forward pass...but you could boot it up the park...akin to rugby football, which American football is derived from. So originally there was quite bit more foot required. 'Soccer' is just slang for the word 'asSOCiation football' so as not to confuse it with the much more light, and sensitive British version. hahaha! I had to.

I think it's the flopping...they always talk about the flopping...which...is true. "Why don't they play in dresses?" That kinda thing. American football is much more fun to play than soccer...it is a blast...nothin in this world like lighting a guy up...best feeling...but yeah watching it is pretty boring...too many commercials.

Every four years this game gets played. Every four years all the clowns at work give me shit for being a 'soccer fan'. Watching this game...I can't say I blame them for their general outlook.

World Cup, CL, and cup competitions, PLUS mating our schedule with the other teams in the league. If you look at Celtic's schedule they play four in eleven days. We actually play four in thirteen. (Dec 15, 20, 23, 28) I will take our four over theirs, especially given our injury woes...the more rest days the better.
