Sarcasm noted but Tav and Goldson definitely need to go, for a couple reasons. Neither of those dudes kicked a ball in the first half, and you couldn't tell the difference in that team. Glad youre aiming low. I am as well. This a team that has won one league, one league cup and one Scottish Cup over the past decade. ZERO improvement from the same point last campaign. That dog don't hunt. Cold hard fact is he is not an SPL type of player. No way a 23(?) year old guy in the 2nd div, on the up, with offers across Europe would go to the SPL. The SPL gets three types of guys. Players who want a shot (lack of playing time, injury), a lower league upstart (Eastern Europe, Americas), or cats on the way down the ladder because of injury or age. What the SPL do not get are dudes like Morgan. Ask yourself, why do we always seem to pay such a high salary and long contract terms? Cause you have to over incentivize dudes to go to Scotland. If I were his agent I would Rochambeau his ass if he even mentioned an SPL club. Just bein honest.

I just can't get pumped for pre-season games. I usually watch about half of a half, week to week and see how Rangers are gelling. Even for a giant club like MANU. To be honest I couldn't name two play...one player on their roster. Wayne Rooney has retired...there was that angry Irish guy...nope.

Rangers should replace 'Ready' with 'Not Yet Confirmed'. The CIA are less cryptic. Since Cryptic FC divulge less than the CIA we have to look at the clues. Crutches and compression cast after the game. Not indicative of bruising more of joint swelling. My money is on high ankle sprain. Swelling should have subsided enough by now to permit MRI or some other form of 'scan', if required. Fingers crossed. 6-8 weeks.

Tav and Goldson Both are on the bad side of 30. Both are on considerable wages. Goldson is starting to show his age with injury. Tav is probably due a good spell on the table as well. Too bad for the Dutch. I was rooting for them. I like this tournament though. I don't know 90% of the players outside of the Scottish and English teams (%50). I thought it was gonna be more like an All Star game where players are kinda cruising to avoid injury. They really are layin it out there. Good stuff.
