When was the last time we had so many bargain buys in the squad? Alfredo Morelos, Glen Kamara and Joe Aribo are three examples of very good business.

Has to be Morelos again. The excitement of such a great result is somewhat disguising the fact that we didn't play all that well. Morelos changed the game as great players do (with a little help from Jack and Tav).

Another great night for Scotland as we move above Serbia and Greece into 16th place but those pesky Cypriots are keeping us out of 15th place as APOEL won again.

I watched the 3-3 draw on Solihull Moors TV and you could hear Tom Miller shouting in the background when the equaliser went in. ? Great result; on paper they are better than Wrexham but no doubt it'll be another tough physical test for the youths.

Some good performances from Kent and Jack but Morelos has to have it. Special mention for the groundsman. Was expecting a bit of a ploughed field given the weather and a game 24 hours before but the pitch looked great.

I thought Kent was better than all but Morelos. An assist, involved in the other two goals, hit the post. Dynamic dribbling as usual, looked a real threat, if a bit raw at times.

Bit of a cakewalk in the end and well deserved it was too.

At the time I thought Defoe's arrival might put his nose even further out of joint but it seems to have had the opposite effect.

I didn't see him live in his early days but Rangers fans online were certainly not happy with him. This was back before these type of forums but I remember defending him for a while on Usenet in the Rangers group. Most didn't rate him although the majority of the team were being slagged TBF.

Jack...might have won MotM it even if he didn't score two very good goals.

When I saw the replay I thought so too but that wasn't my first reaction. Overall Madden was okay last night, (not based on any previous performances), at least by Scottish football standards.

There were moans about his performance before kick-off. Madden could have booked a few more but overall his performance was okay.

Fans were calling for him to be dumped. He did have a poor start. Also...Ricksen was 'rehabilitated' before moving to midfield.
