Rangers could face punishment over sectarian chanting

yep....in some versions it is the "Derry Boys".................it's a song that gets us going. Nobody is really singing in support of a gang....it's all about the 'Gers. Then there's the prelude to the song "Come down to Brig'ton, make no delay, That's where the Billy Boys are standing today We chased the San Toi up the Gallowgate We are the Brig'ton Billy (or Derry) boys." It's a Rangers folk song -

We're making this banner. It'll say "Socialists for Rangers 1917" We've got Lenin on a white tank pointing forward and crossing a river. You'd be mistaken for thinking it might be the Boyne, but on the far bank we've painted 7 hills. might be the Rubicon !

it's been banned by UEFA for their games. ( after being cleared then appealed) The song isn't banned anywhere else. As long s the line with ******s in it isn't sung, it's perfectly legal. No one cares that it's about Billy Fullarton......it's inspirational and galvanises our support. That's the real reason tims lobbied Uefa to have it banned.....nothing else ! -
Rangers v Hibs, thoughts on big game mentality

you're not right about Stubbs. Journalists ask leading questions then spin it into a challenge. Stubbs said so on a Sportsound last week. It's all newspaper 's "out to capture your dime"....Paul sang that ! -

Bobby Graham and Willie Pettigrew McCoist and Hately Millar and Brand target man who defenders bounce off and who lays it on to the poacher usually got to be big and strong and good in the air although Bobby Graham tended to stick his arse into defenders when challenging. A lot of those depended on high balls into and around the box

disagree....we get more out of Wallace when McKay's there. It's McKay's through passes that Wallace overlaps on to. We've had some joy with that -

our defence frailties are certainly a result of our attacking philosophy...... no argument there ! even with improved quality up front, we'll still get cut open at the back....and teams with more quality than Hibs and Falkirk will make us pay -

we were unable to pass to a player who had time and space to shoot at goal. That's tactics against a tight defence at fault not necessarily the quality of the player looking to strike. -

I like this. Building from the grass roots of Scottish football. We should also be building upon those clubs we've met on our journey -

I don't think SD actually pays agency workers. SD pays the agency who then pay their workers. That shifts the responsibility on to the agency. At least I think that's the way it works -
