Short of raping the club like the last lot did, no investor's going to make any money from Rangers. The likelihood is that they'll all lose on the deal. They put money in because 1) they've got cash and 2) they are supporters.
I want a fan owned club and I believe that will be the future for all Scottish clubs. However as the above article points out Club 1872 got £900,000. I don't know if that would be enough to sustain the percentage they've got just now but if not I reckon our present board would be only too happy to support fan ownership.
So I reckon vote for 10 and 11, convert loans to shares to give us debt free status and sell to fan groups what they've got enough money to buy.
Dilute the Ashley/Easdale percentage as much as possible.
Some of the board may be capitalist bastards....but they'e OUR capitalist bastards.
