  2. Warbs was at the deportiva V real sociadad last week apparently. Any ideas who he was looking at ?
  3. no there isn't any chance of the roof collapsing if the supports are removed. The supports actually hold the structure down and are needed only when the stand isn't full. The weight of the crowd is important. That's my understanding of it.
  4. the opposing defender will too

  8. a true professional with all the right attitudes He's got his badges and deserves an opportunity in some sort of coaching role......but does such a vacancy exist at Auchenhowie ? ps definitely worth a punt and Warburton's been saying good things about him
  9. It's a guy ridiculing McGillivan's pish I used to read his shite just to get annoyed sad is it not
  10. surely it would depend on whether the player deliberately left the field to avoid being offside or whether his momentum carried him over the line which looks to be the case in the above clip. to complicate it further, it also looks like the player stayed over the line once he was off field probably so that he wasn't offside.
  11. you could get a big, big carpet cleaned for that
  12. did we lose a goal against Borussia Dortmund like that ?
  13. Got to say the way Garner challenged for high balls, winning most and laying it off to runners should make him a stick on for selection. Also we've finally stepped up to the physicality and pace of the top tier Waggy with game time will be more accurate. McKay back to his best
  14. Cosgrove was on the wireless boasting how well he knew her. Talked about "sweeping changes" needed for BBC Scotland to upgrade itself.

  20. It's some location the Tulloch next to the bridge........go left at the roundabout to park ?
  21. we need to mix it up. After years of "long ball Ally" there's obviously resistance and a view that this would be going backwards. However there are times when a target man and a poacher playing off him could do the business. Joe Garner the target man despite his height. He still wins high balls. O'Halleron or Kenny off his shoulder. Alternatively Dodoo might fill either role. It also offers an out ball when teams press us high up the field thinking of Bobby Graham and Willie Pettigrew
  22. this is why this forum is a cut above the rest.
  23. I thought Waghorn looked fitter and sharper than he's been for a while
