  1. merry christmas ho ho ho
  2. It's a straight choice as far as I can see. Accept King's investment or a series of loans from Ashley
  3. thing is the AGM voted for the new share issue to be offered to existing shareholders only. So if Ashley can't buy them......who will ?
  4. Wednesday, 24 December 2014 The Scottish FA Board convened on Tuesday, 23rd December to hear a submission from the Board of Rangers Football Club. This meeting was arranged in respect of a request set out in an Application to Consent to an increase in MASH Holdings Limited's shareholding in Rangers International Football Club to a maximum of 29.9% of the issued share capital. The Board has now carefully considered the Application and has decided, unanimously, that the Application should not be granted. The Board, under Article 13 of the Scottish FA Articles of Association, is required to have due regard to the need to promote and safeguard the interests and public profile of association football, its players, spectators and others involved with the game. This test is set out in full in Article 13.6.
  5. the fans would own the club Hired professionals would run it 1 fan 1 vote
  6. Fan ownership is the only way forward for us. I'm talking 51% of the club like they do in the Bundesleige The way to do it is to show our strength, boycotting the matches and Sports Direct merchandise. That is the language capitalist bastards understand. When they know the game is up they'll deal. I think the King group will be a stepping stone to this. An alliance with them and an aim towards eventual ownership. A deal can be done with Ashley as well providing he'll take a reasonable cut of the profits from merchandise, but we need to force him into that.
  7. it is our club ! John Brown had the right of it that summer evening on the steps at the doorway on Edmiston Drive He said "who are Rangers ?" and pointing to the thousands there said " YOU are fucking Rangers" but the future is we must own our club Capitalists, hedge funds and the like, in here to live off the backs of working class fans, have taken us to where we are. but they are not us
  8. I've stolen this quote unashamedly "Now is the Winter of our discount tent"
  9. are you seriously blaming people who weren't on the board for Rangers' financial state ?
  10. well I thought Wallace had refused to go anywhere when they tried to punt him before. He wants to stay in Scotland and the only club here with the money to buy him are Celtic. That would be a first !
  11. Those clammering for Dave King to buy stock will no doubt do the same to Ashley..........
  12. 3 weeks ago he was saying McLeod and Wallace will be sold in January we'll soon know if he's right.
  13. that's true and it's the same with the money spent on players and wages. If we'd brought in players on low wages the money saved would have walked out the door...same as Ally's salary if he chucked it
  14. "they should find out what is going on before they have a go at people" so what's going on Kris ?...(apart from Ally)
  15. Phill O' Leprechaun has run out of info his source has dried up
  16. I've thought more about it the axis of Laxey, Blue Pitch and Margarita have controlled the board through nominees. It now appears Ashley with a lesser shareholding is calling the shots, but it's been the first group who have got us where we are
  17. I noticed one of his stopovers was in France..............do they mean Monaco or might it be Normandy
  18. how can they propose a new share issue if shares are suspended ? If they can't have a new share issue where will the money come from to keep the lights on ? Maybe they'd prefer to take another loan than have a new share issue
  19. he doesn't have to. Whether he sells his stuff to the supporters or not, Rangers have to pick up the bill......that's the onerous contract
  20. they'll gub us
