Easdale Buy More Shares (but loses some voting rights)
colinstein replied to coolk's topic in Rangers Chat
I think they already are united. Obviously don't want to be forced into offering 35p for every other share.- 19 replies

If Park/King have 51% then it shouldn't make a lot of difference. Ever thought the Easdales might just be about to change sides ? Don't know how that would sit with their proxies though.............could they use the proxy vote against the wishes of BP/Margarita ? What's to stop them doing that ?

They didn't talk about law abiding citizens when they stormed the Winter Palace. Nor when the Petrograd Soviet replaced the Dumas. Too many Kerensky's here and old women of both sexes. The Govan Red Guard must be supported when Ibrox is occupied, Sports Direct shops are barricaded and The People take back what is ours. Power to the PEOPLE

get your arse in gear and support direct action John Brown had the right of it when he spoke from the steps on Edmiston drive on a damp summer night, seems like long ago now He said "who are rangers......YOU are Rangers !" pointing to the crowd Lawrence's, Murray....capitalist cunts with a toy..they aren't Rangers... we are ! you should have been with the young team

if he was fed this by Ashley....surely that's good news exit stage left..............Cheerio Mike, thank you and goodbye

small earthquake in Chile....not many killed nonsense reaction from colour supplement country If it comes to it, we should occupy Ibrox and MP well done the young guys Power to the PEOPLE

let me make it clear I wasn't there. I reviewed the video footage probably the same one as you and that's how it looked to me
-
what I saw was people crushed against a door and propelled by the weight of the crowd behind them. I thought those who were through the door were like corks popping out of a bottle......I doubt the lady was intentionally pushed.

aye Boards...there's 2 .I was talking about the one that makes the decisions
-
don't think any of the board have been in jail
-
me neither Having seen the footage it didn't look anything like the way it's been described. I thought it was a minor incident blown out of all proportion by those supporting the gravy train.
-
hope you're right

This is what I think is going to happen. Board will accept Ashley's loan. Egm they will all be removed because 51% + will send them down. There won't be 75% support for a new share issue to raise money so Ashley can't be paid back and he picks up Ibrox and MP anyway

I think this is an attempt to blacken the protest last night. McMurdo's full of it today and no doubt we'll see the same from Mcgillivan in due course. The fake Rangers forum's got it too. Irvine spin based on not a very serious incident.

no it's not, they should occupy the building

Parkco. and King are demonstrating they have nothing to do with each other. How can they be a concert party if King isn't on the board. The shareholder who complained to the takeover panel will be fuming.

I thought the SFA were holding £800,000 transfer money for Davis and over £1million in prize money for being runners up in the league

could that £3million loan be the debt McGillivan was claiming we had. Something that prevents the present board from using MP or Ibrox for security on loans- 55 replies
