Ashley did not try to hide his influence at Rangers and Newcastle from the SFA...Rule 1 don't think he broke rule 7 either by failing to disclose he "was fit and proper"....doubt he filled in any form wrongly and following this couldn't have broken rules 21 and 86 either He was up front about dual ownership, asked the SFA to allow him to buy 30% of the shares (which they refused) and accepted their ruling. Undoubtedly for a time he was the main influence on the Rangers Board by proxy..........but none of it was hidden. Far less serious than Livingston I think and now his influence has gone I don't see the SFA meting out any punishment at all.

A Tale Of Two Clubs: The Case For A Sporting Director

Paul Murray did talk of wholesale restructuring of the club both in finance and football. I thought at the time a D.O.F. was what they had in mind -

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2981954/Rangers-Q-Dave-King-reveals-money-come-new-chairman-turn-Ibrox-around.html Could that mean a Director of Football? ‘I don’t know, it’s premature. I don’t really understand the director of football role. To me, there must be one boss, whatever you call him. ‘I don’t like the idea of having a manager and some director sitting in a boardroom above him. That doesn’t make sense to me. ‘I’m not sure it has worked very well wherever it has been applied.’ Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2981954/Rangers-Q-Dave-King-reveals-money-come-new-chairman-turn-Ibrox-around.html#ixzz3VyLo2QoH Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook -

Stein was a lot more mobile and a sharp knife Defenders bounced off Jimmy Millar. More of a blunt instrument
-
John Greig crossed a good winger
-
Stein was a better player than Jimmy Millar

is this the sting in the tail FS was on about recently ?

who would take us on without auditors ?

just to add to this. I emailed Tom Winnifirth and asked him if the rumours of not finding a Nomad were credible. His reply was this John It is credible and if it cannot it will be booted off AIM. Is that such a bad thing? Shares can be traded on a market like GXG and RFC saves 250k per annum in costs

cruciate ligament injury kept him out 8 months. Ligaments can be a major problem

Gael Bigirimana: I knew I was sick BEFORE I left Newcastle for Ibrox

Vuckic's got class. Can take men on and beat them, get himself in scoring positions and actually score though he's not really a striker. He's better than what we've got. I'm a bit more wary of wanting to sign him since looking at his injury history. Medial ligament injury has damaged and put an end to a few careers -
it would save us £250 K a year if we didn't.

why is it nothing to do with the cause being worthy ? Maybe some who have been licking the various boards arses would rather a fellow fan, fighting for our club, ends up ripped off by a capitalist juggernaught

Jim Traynor back onside. Fair enough interview I thought
