can`t say i`m too suprised, but thats not to say big marv never done a good job at gers, cause he did an excellent job! just feel it`s time for him to move on now and let the new brigade have a shot at success now. i`ll follow the rest of hs career with interest. one highlight i remember about marv was the distance he could get on the ball when he headed it out of defence. sat in the broomloan one time and it came at him and he jumped and headed it back towards the oppositions goal from his own penalty box. i swear it landed 10/15 yards short of the OPPOSITIONS penalty box! must have a neck like mike tysons to do that!

in answer to your first question, YES YES YES he WAS that bad craig. he was so shaky at the back that j.t was virtually playing in two postions trying to cover the scmuck. it`s a hard one to call craig. but, all the signs are there if you look..... 1.we`ve only got one recognised left back in wayne bridge now. 2. mourinho has PUBLICLY stated that he WILL bring in one more player. 3. ashley cole has criticised arsenal in his book. 4. mourinho is KNOWN to want AT LEAST two players of extremely high quality for each position. it`s probably neck and neck between roberto carlos and ashley cole, but i`ve heard mourinho is really wanting cole but may opt for carlos as a short term option if he can`t get himthis summer. i wouldn`t want to curse your bet, or give you the wrong player, but as i said all th signs are there and i`m beginning to believe it may well happen after all. i`m at 60/40 in FAVOUR of cole coming to chelsea now. previosly i was at 40/60!!!!

but how can you say your not impresed with the midfield if you like the look of clement, n`diaye and buffel?

i`m quite impressed with our new look midfield already. clement and ferguson or hemdani if playing two defensive midfielders will be awesome although if he does i`m sure he`ll let ferguson get forward when he can to help th others. sionko looks to be fitting right in so far and if you add buffel who looks to have bucked up his ideas, then we are looking very strong indeed. wonder what formation he`ll use. i suspect he may have used todays game as a marker for more difficult games, like europe away, septic away etc where he may be thinking of 2 def midfielders in front of the back 4. they are notoriously difficult to break down and more and more teams are adopting them in england!
