If someone wants Patterson they need to come up with 20 million in my opinion, which they won’t, so that’s fine - we keep him. He’ll only increase in value over the next 3 years and he will be a regular starter sooner rather than later.

No loss, we’ll do a Malmo in the 2nd half! We can win this game by two goals without getting out of 2nd gear, which looks like we’re incapable of anyway. A draw wouldn’t be the end of the world as we’ll win over there.

If Bassey can continue to deliver crosses as he did against the Pars, he offers much more than Barisic on his current (prolonged) form.

Just what the doctor ordered. On that performance, Bassey should keep his place IMO, well deserved MOTM and love how he improved his deliveries.

Not just those three, I wonder if this is a season too far for McGregor and Arfield. I also don't think that Balogun or Helander is the answer at LCB. We need better quality or I fear this season will be a big disappointment - not just in EL but domestically as well.

Tough one but opted for Tav. He covered every blade of grass and put in one of the very few shots on goal, quite a nice long range effort. Nobody else did anything deserving of the MOTM in my opinion.

I can see where you're coming from with Barasic. He has certainly dropped off since his 'purple patch'. Two free kicks in his prime territory, against Malmo and again today and he couldn't even lift the ball over the wall. Didn't want to single him out though because too many are resting on their laurels. Not through lack of effort, I must say, but just not engaging the brain, making the right decisions or finding the quality required with the right pace of pass or being in the right position. Wake up call for me, nothing more or less. Roll on Malmo!

Thank God for Davis! We must improve in every department next week otherwise our return to CL will be very short lived. We clearly missed Morelos and Roofe.
