Cerny the difference on a day when, again, we flattered to deceive. McCausland aside, that's the first time I remember when every player of our starting 11 was playing in their natural position, yet we still struggled against a poor team. Baffling substitutions as well. Souttar did well, Raskin too, Tav wasn't terrible. Cerny MoTM although still some way to atonement! 😂

I suspect that this deal was negotiated to allow Hagi to showcase why a club should buy him in the next window. Win-win. No skin off our nose to give him an opportunity and if it works out and he contributes then it's another win-win. I'm surprised it took so long to agree terms.

Yes, and I don't disagree with that. However, at this time, and given the news about JB's health, I just wanted to wish the man well and be thankful that we had a chairman with the best interests of our club at heart and who put a lot of his money in to the club without hesitation. Whilst some of the decision making was mind boggling - not just down to Bennett, let's be honest, but we could have been a lot worse off and managed significantly more badly....just to keep it in perspective.

Wishing John Bennett a speedy recovery. A true bluenose and a good man who hasn't hesitated for a moment to plough multi-millions of his own money to keep the club going forward after the disaster that we were. I hope the club remains in the hands of like minded people. It'll take a bit of fan patience for the foreseeable future, but I think we are in good hand with John Gilligan, another of the good men who saved us when we needed saving. The club needs our backing more than ever right now. Now let's hope the team give the Dundee HIVs a doing tomorrow for John.
