I've been honest before about not knowing the type of manager we need, never mind a name. I think it depends on whether the new boss will be expected to come in and get the best out of the current squad and transition academy players to the first team, or if they'll be well backed to rebuild the team for the coming years. Clearly, whatever the remit, they need to be winning titles and holding their own on Europe. If I was to put my neck on the line, I'd perhaps go for an experienced manager, who's been round the block and has won trophies, who will command respect, who can communicate well, and who is not afraid to make big decisions to win at all costs. So probably Sean Dyche from that list.

To be honest, I don't think Hagi reached his potential with us before his injury, so I'm hoping he comes back even stronger with a good run in the team.
