Will try for the Gla-Edi-New-York- Manchester route and see if there is any spaces left ?
-
I booked online and wont get any money back for 2 weeks and cant really afford to pay another £78 but will see as sounds like the only way is it with Virgin ?
-
I was one of the people who got a train ticket with no number from Virgin trains i had to cancel as was told i wont get on any service that day , so cancelled and have tried every avenue i know to get to Manchester , phoned every coach company no seats left anywhere on anything , so i am throwing in the towel and settling for watching it on the bigscreens at Ibrox , totally gutted but its better than nothing Anyone any suggetions or know of any spaces on anything ? , long shot i know

I am just off the phone to the Trainline.com who i bought my tickets from , Our train was supposed to leave at 10.10 and the train back was 04.58 on Thursday morning But have now been told that i dont have a seat due to not being given a seat number when booking , and got told all the seats have been taken but if i want to stand i could if there is room My ticket has a specific time on it but that means nothing as i got told its valid all day and i would have to wait for a train that had spaces available so could be there all day trying to get on one. Not one word of this was told when i booked up , i thought everything was sorted nicely but how wrong am i Wondering whether to cancel or take a chance ???? Trainline & Virgin Trains incompatent Bastards.

Had a look at the Council Website sounds promising http://www.manchester.gov.uk/site/scripts/news_article.php?newsID=3620

Sounds like a better idea than the system in place just now then i might have had a chance allong with thousands of other dissapointed bears.
-
Will the team get as much backing through vocal support and singing throught the 90 mins and beyond whatever the result , The reason i ask is most tickets have gone to the hierarchy/prawn sandwich brigade and not the proper supporters who give 110% backing throughout the loyal Rangers away support should hopefully get everyone going.
-
Will do , have a few mates who are wanting to go but they havent decided how to get down , there cutting it fine i think but will let them know you have some spaces..
-
Havent heard but could be true , cant see it happening tickets always go to the money men in the directors box
-
Would have been just booked the Train £60 Return this morning , my pal is going on NE though.
-
I thought going to every league/cup/Euro games this season and being a season ticket holder i might have a wee chance but , fair enough to the CC Scheme members getting them just dissapointed. But on a happiwer note booked my Train tickets to Manchester this morning Cant Wait , will be Party Time down There

Option 1 - i hope not this will just encourage more ticket touts making a profit rather than them going to proper supporters.
-
Does anyone know what will happen if there is tickets returned to Uefa by Zenit , will these be passed to Rangers or go to more Uefa Fat Cats and ticket touts. Hoping like mad they go to Rangers and get Balloted between fans who attended all European games and season ticket holdrers. Wishful thinking i think
-
That sums it up for me too , he came close in 92/93 as a player now he has a chance of a European trophy as part of the management.
-
Sounds like a great idea surely they will think about it.
-
Yeah its more than possible , Manchester better prepare its self for an Invasion of Red White & Blue. Do you think the Zenit Fans will take up all there tickets ?
-
Good Point , you are going to get all sorts going down but hopefully they behave and just enjoy the occasion and hopefully the result.
-
Every Rangers fan i know is making plans to go down with or without a ticket (mostly without) there will be a lot of glory hunters i think who havent been to any games all season but i suppose they are welcome too as its such a big occasion for any Rangers fan . I reckon Glasgow City Centre will be a Ghost town and all you will have is the other halfs of the Bears in Manchester doing some shopping. I reckon we will take 50,000 + to Manchester. What do you think ?
