I think if we just accept that finding a good striker is impossible we might aswell give up, tbh I have not been scouting on who we should sign I will only judge what we have as I only really watch Rangers. What I do know is dessers is decent but is not proving it in the big games nearly a year and half on, one in five vs them is ok if he is a presence and drags the team up the pitch but he is neither in old firm games, your constant hyping him up and not looking at his faults is blinding you to what he does in games I do not think I have seen you ever criticise him or call him out even after the old firm, blindly supporting him offers nothing to the discussion, desser is a decent back up I would even sell danilo over him but for many bears he does not do enough in big games good enough for the diddy teams though.

Scoring winners against them will change people's minds, scoring against the Diddy teams is all well and good and we need that, I would keep dessers for that but beating them wins the league it breeds confidence deflates the enemy and changes the narrative unless he does this he will forever be seen as just decent noting special which is what rangers require

He is the total opposite of lundstram does not swan about with the ball dragging our tempo down tries to add urgency to the attack and keeps it simple when no options appear, he is the one shining light this season apart from the match against them he is consistently performing. I like the look of the young recruits this summer Jefte and Igamane they are very raw though.

I know he has not done much but I like what I see in Hamza, he plays it simple battles for the ball tries to go at his man, I think more minutes under his belt he could turn in to a decent player, very raw though.

We need a goal to kill this game off

We look a lot more mobile when countering them with Hamza up top

I would get Hamza on for dessers and Sterling on for Dowell push dio up

Hopefully you are right and he comes out and bangs in a hatrick, he just builds you up with something good then one minute later he has you with your head in your hands with something very simple to do that he manages to fluff

I like dessers but he is becoming to frustrating in his decision making and chances missed, he is a clever player in his pressing and finding space that is his game.

Agreed imagine he gets a good run of games and finds form he will be a nightmare for defenders

As clement said he is to nice not enough tenacity and aggression in him he would much rather fall down appealing to the ref than beat a player in a battle

Furuhashi is 8 in 15 in old firm games is he as good as McCoist i think not, Dessers is a squad player I would keep but we need more, unless he turns a corner and contributes in old firm games they are the most meaningful games every season.

Well one in two then right now dessers is one in 5 against them but that is what is acceptable against celtic now
