Looks to me like we're still in pre season and Clement is struggling to find his best starting eleven. The worry is the alarming levels of inconsistency within the squad , players that look good one game , then for whatever reason go into their shell the next. Given that , it's difficult to actually pick a settled team .

Barron is the first player i've seen at the club in a long time, that could be a genuine captain . Not a good idea to do it at this point , but he's putting in consistent performances, and he looks to have the hunger and desire that all good captains have.
