  1. It's understood that King is a fan, so I would be happy for him to buy on that basis alone. However, the press have circulated stories with regards to "fraud" etc in South Africa. I would like this position clarified and sorted out before any take over was finalised.
  2. I've signed but it's not helped by the clowns who choose to post stupid messages as well. I would think personal mail to the Bank HQ would be better.
  3. "Those Gersnet basturts were right after all."
  4. Could he just mean metaphorically "run by the bank" or would that be just a cop out ?
  5. I'm sure I read somewhere not so long ago that he was being linked to Ayr United. Spooky !
  6. I, for one, am confident we will emerge from this in much better shape than we have been for the past few years. However, it's going to be a stressful few weeks. Look forward to another "new era" and stand steady.
  7. ANDY STEELE ATTENTION Fess up NOW !!!!!! Or my dug's gettin' a kicking.
  8. Watched something on you tube the other day, sorry can't rmember the site, where supporters from both sides were "interviewed" on site. Sites being Bairds Bar, the Louden, and on matchdays outside both Grounds. Both sets of replies on the subject of "singing" were pretty much identical. However, the younger fan, aged twenties, thirties, hated such things as f t p etc. Older fans accepted this as only being words of historical songs sang to support their team. What I took from this was that political correctness is becoming the norm' for new generations of fans. I, personally followed Rangers more when I was younger and singing the Sash etc. didn't mean I was anti Catholic or anything else. It made me feel proud to sing it as it was a part of my heritage. It wasn't sung in order to attack anyone else's heritage. It is a great shame that non-football folk have invaded the terraces so to speak. If you don't like what you hear, then don't listen, simple. There's a watershed for swearing on TV, so, why not put something up to say " those easily offended should think twice before attending " Football is unique. Where else does a cross section of the "Community" gather in such numbers today ? I believe the "Community" has to compromise more when it all mixes on these occasions. Football belongs to the working classes in my opinion, and others with their own standards are trying to impose them on everyone else. They might be offended by name calling etc. but most folk aren't. Remember the days when Football was enjoyable, hard, and honest. I can't remember a time when issues such as singing or finances were more important than simply winning a football match by playing well. OR Maybe I'm just an old Fart.
  9. I think he'll be at Ibrox sooner or later.
  10. Heard it on another site. It sounded like he was told to "apologise."
  11. Has anyone heard ?

    Colin Stein

Colin Stein - All time hero. Kris Boyd - Ain't no footballer, just scores the goals that win games. His goals got us to the Champions' League to begin with ffs. I've always said the team should set up to accommodate him and his shortcomings. He is also an out and out Rangers' man. No Boyd = no goals = no league flag = no £15m Champions' league
  13. Maybe just get all the crap out of the way at the one time. Certainly took the focus off last night's disaster...........I wonder ?
  14. Disappointed, gutted, frustrated, angry, and pyoor, pyoor ragin'. This humiliation has been on the cards for several weeks now.
  15. Maybe he's going to do a "Bobo"
  16. Everyone agrees that the quality of Scottish football has been slowly declining. We have merely matched this. We are also suffering financially as are most other teams therefore, we have "cut our cloth" accordingly. I would argue that Walter's brief is to make sure he just has to stay ahead of the rest by any means possible, bar financial. As long as we reach Champions' league every season the he has fulfilled that brief. That, at the moment, is the height of our ambitions.
  17. " not a surprise if he is dropped and fined " A fine piece of, trying to sniff out controversy, if ever I seen one. See how the retard is trying hard to make something out of nothing. It's interesting to see how they try second guess Walter Smith.
  18. Peter Martin, or whatever his name is, has had plenty to say to Kris Boyd it appears. He is advising Boydie to move to the English Championship as soon as, so that he can double his wages and, "provide a nest egg for his retirement" This is the news we've been waiting for, it now says for sure that Kris should stay a Ranger. If his kind want him to go, then it is vital that he stays. This is the guy who today in the same column slags off Rangers and celtic for being "greedy" for wishing to play in a more lucrative league. In an effort to be subtle in his hatred for us, he contradicts himself within a few lines of newsprint in today's Evening Times. (sorry, I am too thick to post the Evening Times link)
  19. Most of our young players who "break through" appear to end up at other clubs either loaned out never to return, or sold on.
  20. I'm sure I heard a similar story last season regarding Mascheda, just before he had a run in the first team.
  21. I believe the people of the Republic cringe when they hear of such goings on in the Scottish media. They, like most civilised countries, like to be liked. Spiers' one man mission to have everyone across the religious divide to be at each others throats merely stirs up hatred by association. ie. celtic, Ireland, Catholicism. He, in his position as "sports writer" for a national newspaper, has taken sensationalism to a new level. By his biased reporting he has somehow managed to anger everyone here and abroad, as well as portray Scottish/Irish Catholics as poor wee innocent victims of the nasty, jack booted West of Scotland, Rangers supporting Protestants. This person has to be stopped before it reaches frenzy level amongst those inclined and more people get seriously injured (or worse) all because of his mock outrage. Excluding him from Ibrox would be a start because he appears not to be there to report on the football. His pass should be confiscated immediately even if only on the grounds that has can no longer be considered as a "sports journalist"
  22. Queersy is at it again. His blog on Timesonline was full of more "sectarian, bigots da de da de da" after Sunday's game. I'm sorry I can't give a link. I read it on another site scottishfitba.net
  23. My dad and me were knottin' ourselves when we saw this. Brilliant.
  24. Fantastic pics.
  25. The commentators didn't seem very interested when the traitorbhoy scored.
